I have just paid for my subscription. Yet, the account is still disabled. What can I do to enable the account faster?

Due to non-payment, the account has been blocked. Have I lost all the data?

No. The account has been disabled; however the data are still counted. They are simply unavailable via the interface. After having made the payment, the account will be enabled and its validity prolonged, whereas the data on the period when the account was disabled will be rendered available.


My correspondence address does not comply with my billing info. Where can I enter it?

You may complete your contact info during registration or provide the data via stat24 interface in ADMINISTRATION > ADDRESS DATA.


My billing address has changed. Is it necessary to change the entries in the interface?

Yes. If the billing info has changed, it must be updated via stat24 interface under ADMINISTRATION > ADDRESS DATA. It is important that the data are up-to-date, since the VAT invoice is issued in compliance with the provided data.


I would like to change the statistics version during the subscription period. How do I upgrade my account?

If the current subscription has not expired yet, you may upgrade your account by logging in at invoice.stat24.com. You must select: "Statistics upgrade" and choose the version and a subscription period (6 or 12 months) and pay in accordance with a generated pro forma invoice. The unused amount from the previous subscription will be automatically deducted from a pro forma invoice.


How do I pay for a statRaport?

To pay for the report, you must log in at invoice.stat24.com and select the option "Raport" and next select the number of reports to be generated (number of months). The payment should be performed pursuant to the issuance of a pro forma invoice. The report is generated after the payment has been made.


During registration of my account, I typed in an incorrect e-mail address/I ceased to used the e-mail address I had provided. Is it necessary to change the address in the interface?

Yes, it is important that an e-mail address is up-to-date, as all the correspondence, including information concerning validation period or blocking an account due to lack of payment, is sent to this address.


My company is registered abroad. How do I pay for the statistics?

If the company is registered abroad, you must select an appropriate form of business activity under "Client" option after logging in at invoice.stat24.com. An pro forma invoice appropriate for a particular type of business activity will be created.


When will I receive a VAT invoice?

A VAT invoice is issued by stat24 within 7 days of making a payment to stat24 account and is sent to the client by mail.


I run business activity. I would like to receive a VAT invoice? Does stat24 invoice its clients?

Yes. After paying for the account, stat24 issues VAT invoices all its clients. Next, the invoices are sent by mail to the address provided during registration.


What period should I pay for?

You may pay for either 6 or 12 months subscription.


What forms of payment may I choose from?

You may pay via Dotpay system, by card (links available after logging in at invoice.stat24.com) or print a pro forma invoice and make a bank transfer or pay at the post office.


Do I have to observe account validity period? Does stat24 notify its clients?

Notification e-mails containing information about account validity, possible blocking of an account etc. are sent to an e-mail address provided during registration of an account.


Does stat24 send pro forma invoices by mail?

Stat24 sends pro forma invoices only to new users. To make consecutive payments, you must download a pro forma invoice by logging in at invoice.stat24.com


I have registered my stat24 account. Where do I fund a pro forma invoice?

An e-mail received as a confirmation of registration of the account contains a link to a pro forma invoice. To download a pro forma invoice, you must log in at invoice.stat24.com.


What is the basis for the payment for the statistics?

The payment for statistics should be made pursuant to the issuance of a pro forma invoice. To download a pro forma invoice, you must log in at invoice.stat24.com.


How may I pay for stat24 statistics?

To pay for the statistics, you must log in at invoice.stat24.com with an account login and a password. You must select a subscription period (6 or 12 months) and after selecting "payment by a bank transfer", a pro forma invoice, which is the basis for the payment, will be displayed. You may also choose payment via stat24 website by a credit card or via Dotpay system.
