After having got acquainted with information concerning partnership with stat24, please contact us via e-mail kontak(at)stat24.com and tell us about your plans. We will answer all the questions in detail and send you a statPartner contract.
A person interested in cooperation has sent a stat24 contract. What is next?
After we receive stat24 contract from a Partner, we sign it and send it back via mail. In addition, we provide our partner with a login and password facilitating access to CRM panel. The administration panel is used for management of accounts registered for statistics service. The following options are available: addition of new accounts, expiration supervision, payment periods, change of password, logging.
How can I set up accounts for my clients if I cooperate with stat24 on the basis of statPartner scheme?
A partner may set up account for his clients via CRM channel, accessible upon receipt of a signed stat24 contract.
I have set up an account for my website - this website monitors partner's website - do I have to bear any costs for its maintenance?
No. A partner who cooperates with stat24 within the framework of statPartner scheme, does not pay for monitoring of hid own website. It is a free of charge service. After having set up an account for your own website, you must send its login and the address to kontakt@stat24.com. After receipt of the name of the account, we will be able to mark the account as free and exempt it from invoicing.
KA client who had set up an account by the agency of a partner, gave up the account. What should I do next?
To exempt an account from invoicing, the partner should mark the account as deleted in the administration panel within 14 days at the latest. It is an information for stat24 that the service has been given up. Stat24 does nor issue invoices for deleted accounts.
What are the principles governing sales of stat24 services?
Stat24 do not interfere with prices offered by the partners to their clients; however, the statistics cannot be sold at lower prices than the ones offered to the Partners by stat24. Hence, partners may offer statistics with a 30% rebate.
What are the principles governing issuance of invoices for stat24 partners?
Stat24 issues VAT invoices for its Partners at the beginning of the month for the accounts which became invalid in the previous month. An invoice includes 70% of the price of service as stated on www.stat24.com website, which means that the partner receives a 30% rebate. The invoices are sent via mail to the address provided by the partner in the contract. After settlement of an invoice, account's validity is prolonged.
What period are invoiced by stat24?
After 2 weeks of free use, statBiznes account will be invoiced for either 6 or 12 months. The invoicing period is determined by the partner, depending on clients' preferences. statOptimum statistics will be invoiced after a 14 day free use period has elapsed.
Who invoices clients whose accounts are assigned to the partner?
Pursuant to statPartner contract, the invoices for the clients are issued by the Partner.

How can I gain new clients if I cooperate with stat24 on the basis of statPremia scheme?
Partners may attract clients in three ways:
  • By placing stat24 logo or banner, redirecting users to www.stat24.com, on their websites. Upon clicking stat24 logo , a client is directly redirected to stat24 website, where he may set up an account for his website. The click in logo on the Partner�s website is identified automatically by means of a system-embedded CID number. This number is provided to the partner along with the login and password for CRM.
  • Through CRM panel, accessible after signing the contract.
  • By placing a subpage comprising information on different versions of stat24 statistics, which may be developed in compliance with the layout and graphics of your website.
How does stat24 know the number of accounts set up via the website of a partner cooperating on the basis of statPremia scheme?
CID number embedded in the code facilitates adding accounts established via the partner�s website. The partner may easily supervise the number of accounts established via administration panel.
Who invoices clients whose accounts established via the partner's website?
Pursuant to statPremia contract, the invoices for the clients are issued and the entire responsibility is borne by stat24. The invoices are sent to clients via mail.
What are the principles governing commission payments for the accounts established thanks to the partners?
Stat24 pays the commission at the beginning of each month if the value of the commission exceeds PLN 50. Otherwise, the amount is transferred to the following month.
